What to expect.

So, what happens if you get in touch – either by phone or email?

• We’ll have a chat to you about your business, the business problems and how we can help you. This will give us a good overview of your business and the challenges and constraints you face.
• We will then create a detailed outline of the software system that you require, creating ‘user stories’ that describe, in easy-to-understand language, how the system will be used by various types of users.
• We will focus on the most important aspects of the system for you: our aim is to deliver the first implementation of the system with enough functionality to do something useful for you in the first two to four weeks.
• We are so confident that we can do this that you won’t have to pay a penny unless you are satisfied with the progress of the development of your system.

Our process concentrates on predictability delivering functionality to you. You will have new, useful functionality delivered on a regular two-week cycle.
